フィードバックを提供するI've been visiting this PJ's for a year, but the past six months have been quite disappointing. My boyfriend and I always order the frozen hot chocolate. Today, we each got one using his 200 points that took nearly a year to accumulate, and they tasted like they had sour milk in them. This will be our last visit here.
No ice in a cold brew? (No it didn't melt) And one pickle on a Cuban sandwich? Photo shows one bite taken from sandwich, otherwise completely untouched. Not bad, just pretty sad. I won't be back.
Everyone who works here is always super friendly and the coffee is always delicious.
I waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out they were cash only because their system was down. It would have been nice if someone could have come outside to inform customers waiting in line. Is that really too much to ask?
I took an exit from the interstate specifically to visit this restaurant. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru window, no one greeted me. After asking if they were open and still receiving no response, I moved to the front window, but again, there was no one there. I noticed an employee’s car parked outside, yet there was no sign of any staff. After waiting for a while, I finally gave up, and in total, I ended up wasting 12 minutes, including the drive to and from the interstate. I attempted to stop by Starbucks afterward, but it was so packed that I couldn’t get my coffee before my 12-hour shift. Being ignored at PJs this morning really put a damper on my entire day.
