Chopstx Noodle - D'Iberville

We?ve had better pho elsewhere. I?ve had better service at busier places. Definitely catered to their regulars, over drop-ins. Definitely not worth visiting again.

Staying at SCARLET Pearl and stopped in here for lunch. It was not busy. We sat at the counter near cooking area so we could watch. The staff were nice...both our waitress and cook. Ordered the fried egg rolls....I didn't care for them but my husband liked them. We also ordered the chicken banhmi sandwich but received a pork sandwich. It had cucumber, pork, cilantro on French banguette....it was just ok for me. I didn't care for pork. I had tea to drink my husband

My Pho was on point. Husband liked his stir fried beef noodles but thought my Pho was amazing. They let me try their spicy broth (not overwhelming). Guess what I am getting next?

Super tasty, I got the special and some spring rolls for later. I thought the broth was nice and they had plenty of noodles and meat in the bowl. Can't wait to eat the rest for lunch tomorrow!

Pho restaurant, if you want pho its good, if you are looking for Chinese restaurants its not. Definitely Vietnamese restaurant, small selection, but everything taste authentic . Not all Asian restaurants are the same, Korean Chinese Japanese Vietnamese Thailand all different. This is definitely vietnamese
