Pizza Hut - Dibba Al-Hisn

Went at 9.00 pm and the branch was closed how disgusting, Pizza Hut employees laughing and giggling inside and customers are also eating , I have picture mentioning timing open until 2.30 am on weekends, Pizza Hut branch 10 Fujairah

Was a waste of my time.When I visir they are asking more than 1 hour delay. So left without purchase

Nice place and friendly staffs and Hardee's nextdoor. Also next to the waterfall fountain.

The place was run by 3 young rude and not friendly Nepali girls. We ordered a meal for 2 and paid 10 extra to make the pizza large. When I asked if u can replace mushroom with more onions on it, she was like NO, we will remove mushroom only. We ordered meal for 2 and we were 3 people to eat, she got us 1 plate for dine in option and ofcourse they don't offer any cutlery. We also informed to put less cheese, but they ignored the instruction. We asked for water, as part of drinks, but they didn't have Overall a disaster of experience for such an international brand, as they failed to maintain any standard of service and failed to teach customer service to their staff. Just to highlight, onions are cheaper than mushroom and it would cost them lesser, but they just decided to say NO.

This place has more takeaway orders. They do have a few sitting arrangements. The staff is not interested in customers so you go and place the order then the food is served. There was not much crowd when we visited this place. A few staff members are good and offer nice service. But they need to work on their service.
