The Statler French American Bistro

That was our first time in the statler. it will not be the last. everything was excellent. wein, brot, salat, entrees, dessert and service were all fantastic. the price.

We celebrated our birthday. The staff and management were personable. Our waiter Andrew provided excellent service. The food was awesome. We observed the cheifs prepare the meals. It was like watching an episode of master chief. Thank you for our great birthday experience.

I grew up with a French mother so my criticism probably isn’t fair

Nice new place, seems every dish is just loaded with butter though. I had the salmon and it was a very small piece floating in a tray of butter. Not ideal.

Incredible. The Statler didn’t let down. Ambiance was comfortable, food was incredible and the service was attentive but not suffocating. The food was well prepared. The only complaint was the red wine (delicious bottle of Bordeaux) was too cold. The waiter said their cellar was too cold. Once it came up to temp a bit it was great but they likely would’ve had another bottle to us had we been able to drink it. Cocktails were wonderful. The pâté and fois gras were the wins but everything was delicious.
