フィードバックを提供するMy daughter took me to this restaurant for my bday. Victor Chris took care of us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. From the moment we walked in, we were treated wonderfully. The ladies complimented us. The hosts made sure everything went smoothly for us. The food was absolutely delicious! I'm very picky, and was recommended the sole. I even tried side dishes that I just knew I would turn my nose up to and that did not happen. Everything was amazing. I will definitely go back. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a great experience.
Jakie and Richard were absolutely amazing...fish and crab...100% Steak cooked to chief's perfection....fabulous evening with drinks to match.
Prime Proper 's Mother 's Day brunch promised the ultimate experience into luxury; however, it was the ultimate disappointment. My mother and I have wanted to visit P P for some time. When I saw that they offered a brunch buffet, I thought it would be a great idea to cross it off our list and 'experience the epitome of culinary excellence '. The ambiance was nice, and the host was hospitable; however, after waiting a while, a bartender came to help us since our waiter never came. We ordered mango margaritas and then went to get food; not only the display but the overall selections of the buffet were lackluster and extremely picked over when we had expected food turnover to be quick to ensure freshness for all guests. One of the cooks was snippy when my mom asked him to put the scoop of fresh potatoes onto her plate instead of in the chafing dish, which he basically said no. My mother technically can 't eat at buffets for medical reasons; however, we expected a restaurant like P P to prioritize sanitation and cleanliness to the utmost. Only when the cook realized there was an unspoken reason for her request did he oblige. When we sat, the bartender brought over our margaritas, which were so strong and lacked any flavor, so the bartender offered to re-shake them for us. They weren 't the best, and for a $30 cocktail, I expect it to be good the first time around. At this point, disappointment and regret have settled in. It was Mother 's Day, and all I wanted was for us to have a great time and have even better food (since we 're foodies), but instead, we got bland and cold food that wasn 't even equivalent to the breakfast offered for your stay at a hotel. The desserts were okay; some tasted like they were made in-house, and others like low-quality store-bought. Our seafood tower comes, and our waiter finally greets us. We 're finally offered the glass of sparkling wine we had forgotten about. P P should have noted who had the upgraded brunch and offered it to the table upon greeting instead of waiting because we now had two drinks. The platter presentation was nice, but I was surprised the waiter didn 't explain what was on it; we had to ask the bartender what the top hors d 'oeuvres were. We noted that the shrimp were translucent and raw, so we didn 't eat them. The crab meat was extremely salty and lacked the expected sweetness and buttery flavor. We decided we had enough and later realized the lobster rolls we ordered were never served to us. We were highly disappointed with the poor quality of the food.Consequently, we didn 't feel inclined to eat anything else on the platter, including the unique hors d 'oeuvres, as they failed to meet our expectations for the basics. When our waiter came over for the second time, we asked for the check. He noted the full drinks and untouched platter and asked if we were sure we were finished and didn 't want a to-go box, which we politely declined. We didn 't want to complain, so we decided not to say anything; however, he couldn 't care less about why or finding a solution to why we were leaving everything behind anyway. Instead, his only concern, which he emphasized multiple times, was that the tip wasn 't included. Overall, the entirety of the experience felt like a mediocre cash grab and not 'a testament to their passion for perfection '; there was nothing luxurious about our service; no one checked on us during our dining, our waiter didn 't call for our car from the valet, and even the sides from the dinner menu and prime rib were distasteful which discourages us from coming back for dinner. No one cared to go above and beyond in 'ensuring that every detail was meticulously curated to elevate (y)our dining journey. ' We had to get food from elsewhere when we left because we were both still hungry. I have never been able to find so many flaws at a restaurant, nonetheless, at one that holds itself to such high standards. I feel bad for anyone who only gets to experience a restaura
Food was so good.... we had salmon pate, fried lobster, wedge, dover sole, cauliflower au gratin, broccolini, and butter cake.... plus a whiskey sour with egg whites. The service was really good, portions were nice, ambiance was lovely, and location was well situated. I see why they're still going strong since 2017... and in the current climate. Parking: Valet chosen, bring cash
I do not like to leave bad reviews, however, I waited two weeks to have this matter resolved. It is still unresolved so i have no choice but to leave this review.I decided to try Prime and Proper for my birthday. My husband and I used the valet parking provided by this restaurant to park our Cadillac truck. We gave our keys to the attendant. The attendant provided us a card to give the waiter, who would request that our truck be ready after we finished our meal. After our dinner, the the waiter said he would request valet get our car. We went outside and waited for 30 minutes. I knew something was wrong because it should not have taken that long. I walked over to the attendant and asked where our car was and he told me they were working on bringing it around. After more time went by, he then told me that protesters came and grabbed my key and threw it across the street. Oddly enough, the protesters only took my key and no other keys were missing. My husband and I were seated facing the outside patio and we never saw protesters. No one heard anyone scream or yell stop or call for help.I immediately went to go get the police officers that were standing feet away from the building. I was the FIRST person who went to get the police. My husband and I spent the rest of the evening looking through trash and bushes to find the keys that the protesters threw. This took hours and they keys were never found. My mother had to drive down to bring me a spare key to the car so we could get home. When we finally got home it was midnight. My birthday ended with me having to file a police report. My husband and I are both working professionals and my husband missed meetings with clients the following day because of this.Although we spend hundreds of dollars at this restaurant they never offered to take ANYTHING off of our bill. However, I hoped that the owner would have enough integrity to make sure that we were reimbursed for the cost to replace the keys to the cadillac and the keys to our house. Two entry doors and two car keys was $700.After two weeks we have still not been compensated. And the valet representative stated today that she doesn 't see this as an emergency! And that the restaurant isn 't going to do anything about it!This is my proper experience...
