Costumer services is terrible. Called in an order and the person was beyond rude as they were mad I even called. Got there and still had to wait on my order.

This is the best Captain Jay's on the east side! The food is always fresh and they accept EBT.
The fries taste like they were fried in dirty grease. And the chicken taste like old refried chicken. The only good thing was the ora and the fact it was hot.
