フィードバックを提供するI can't give this place a full 5 stars because my experience was quite disappointing. However, my last visit went well; my order was correct, the food was hot, and I didn't have to wait long. The carhop was polite, too. The location is excellent, but some of the kiosks are still broken. On the positive side, the trash bins weren't overflowing this time.
I ordered two Cokes at the drive-thru, and there were only two cars ahead of us. We ended up waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes. We had placed our order through the app, so you already had my money. When we finally got to the window, they tried to give us the wrong order. I recommend that everyone choose a different place!
As a local who's been around for years, I've seen a lot, and unfortunately, this restaurant is really struggling. I understand the challenges of the labor force, but this place is falling apart. There have been countless times I've sat down to order, and either the service was so slow that I left or, on a few occasions, I placed an order and ended up having to leave without my food.
The type and wise how the running gear thru is executed must change. it would be much faster if they order 3-4 at a time in the thru running gear instead of 1 order, pull them up to cash and then make them wait for their food. no wonder why the waiting times are 15-20 minutes. slam the commands in which wait in the car thru and keep the screens full for the workers on the line. an order to a time of the journey thru power ya have high travel thru times.
I parked in a booth and pressed the red button to order . The worker said be right with you. So I sat for 10 minutes, hit the ted button again, then i was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. That's just to take my order. All the while the drive thru had cars steadily going thru and ordering and getting their food. Seems I wasn't a priority.
