Little Caesars Pizza - Destin

I?m visit destin Michigan and this is the best pizza i? ve had ever had by a little caesar?s. 10/10

The customer service could use some serious improvement! The person at the front was not welcoming at all—no greeting or friendly interaction. They took my payment without asking for my order and simply said it would be ready in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, when I went to pick up my order, she didn't say a word during the handoff! The food was good and prepared quickly, but the staff definitely needs to work on their social skills!

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant! The young woman at the counter, who also takes orders, was extremely rude and unpleasant. They messed up my order, so I called to let them know. Instead of being helpful, she yelled at me over the phone, insisting that I had ordered incorrectly. I simply explained that my order was wrong and asked her to correct it. I wasn't trying to get anything for free; I just wanted the pizza I actually ordered, not pepperoni cheese bread. When I mentioned that I didn’t know the cheese bread came with pepperoni, she said she didn't order a pizza at all. I reminded her that I was the paying customer and wanted to receive what I had ordered. If there was a price difference, I was willing to pay it. Her response was dismissive: "Whatever."

The pizza at Little Caesars is standard, but I was really put off by the cashier, Shawna's, negative attitude. While I don't expect overly cheerful service, a simple smile and a friendly demeanor could easily elevate this place to 5 stars.

Most of the time very good pizza. But please make sure when you pull up pizza out of your warmer, you open the box and take a look and please make sure the pizza is hot and not dry. And if you notice it's that hot or it's been in there for a while, don't deliver it. You're all great people in there sometimes the pizzas I get are old and cold.
