Gulf Coast Burger Company - Destin

This is only a review on their Shakes. We went on Sat at 7:30 PM and it was not busy. I wouldn?t give it 5-stars because of the food but for the overall experience. The person taking the order was very friendly and accommodating. I believe it is easy to make dining experiences better if you engage positively with the employees. We shared a #3 shake with the brownies, toxic, pretzel, m&ms. The ice cream is ok but there is better. The hand crafted candy art work is done on the spot so it takes a little longer. Plenty there so easy to share.

Extremely disappointed. Went in expecting and a decent burger for this so called Burger Co.. and received what was definitely a frozen patty. Sign on the bar claims they are not a fast food restaurant and everything is made fresh but most fast food places have way better burgers than this place. Couldn?t even finish the burger bc of how gross it is. On top of that it forces you to pay a tip but to who? I had 0 human interaction the whole time I was in this so called restaurant. Will never return and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cute little place where robots bring your food and drinks. The food is good too. The kids really enjoy the robots! The shakes were good, but I think they're a little overpriced. You'll have that in any tourist area.

Ordered a Southern House Salad with Chicken. Chicken was undercooked. Raw in the center. They lost my online order then took forever to give me my food. It 's a salad. It shouldn 't take 45 minutes. If you want poor service from a staff that obviously doesn 't care and overpriced food and drinks then by all means try here. But be prepared to be extremely disappointed.

Great place for a quick lunch. I had the shrimp basket which was delicious especially because the shrimps were huge, fresh, and hot. The shake was even better. Definitely should give this place a try.
