Erstes Dessauer Kartoffelhaus

The restaurant is very peculiar, with a very beautiful interieur. eating is delicious and the service is very good.

In most German cities you will find the kartoffel kitchen, where they make simple rates mostly from kartoffeln. it is in the rule a safe choice. the kartoffel house in dessau is in this sense a lot and we were happy with the meals. the organization and...friendship of the service has however space for improvements.

After a diet of kebabs further northen, this was a welcome change. my meal was delicious and well presented. the service was very slow. from my arrival to my eating were 45 minutes. the server were gruff.

Maybe it was the wrong night, maybe it was a little late. but the experience in this restaurant in the center of dessau was very disappointing. waiters seem to ignore them or make sweat to help them. so, save them time: avoid going there

We wanted to eat dinner at a typical German restaurant in Wittenberg and asked for a recommendation. People told us to go to the Kartoffelhaus it would be great. After having asked one of the waitresses, if our group of seven could get a...table, she barked at us that there would be no way for us to eat there. We asked if we could wait; she answered us sharply that we could come back after 1 1/2 hours and ask again. When we asked if we could put our name down she just yelled no Talking about rude customer service! Would never go back and definitely not recommend this place.
