Little Caesars Pizza - Desloge

I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 bread sticks and 2 brownies, delivery driver had to come to me two times, both times order was wrong, finally I drive there and they have nothing to say? Guess what I will order from Caseys or Dominoes right now.

I love going here because they have made the pizza fresh and usually also bread sticks, but it is already done and you do not have to call. I spent only $10 last night on a big paprika pizza and an order of bread sticks that cheap and it is good pizza!!!

The whole reason to get this clearly subpar pizza is for speed and convenience. If I have to wait 40 minutes for 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni pizza, I'll just get better food at Domino or Pizza Hut.

I ordered crazy bread. I live 20 miles from the store and when I called to correct, they told me they would give me a new order. I just asked if I had to bring this back, and they're telling me no. I'm coming to the store and the manager tells me that they don't know who said that to me, but I definitely won't get any more because I had to bring it in!? No accountability. Wasted gas and hungry children.

Everything was good until I got back to work and realized that my pizza was really burnt.. I threw it away and figured I would call when I got off work. I called and they said they couldn't replace it unless I brought in the burnt one. So I kindly asked for the general manager number or some higher up manager and she said they can't give out the number cause it's personal. So how is someone supposed to post a complaint when something's wrong..... All I wanted was my order fix or replaced. I didn't care about the money back. Just wanted to enjoy what I paid for.. they can keep it cause that's the last dollar they'll ever get from me....!!!!
