Subway - Des Plaines

I decided to dine in for lunch at this location around 1:10pm. The restaurant is clean, bright, and felt warm and welcoming. The women are very friendly and immediately greeted me and began taking my order. I enjoyed the double oven roasted chicken salad. It was delicious! The water tasted good as well, perhaps it is filtered. Will definitely come back for more!

I encountered some problems this morning when Grubhub canceled an important delivery. Being in Texas made it challenging for me to place the order and handle the delivery on my own. I called this location and spoke with the manager, Dixie. She deserves 5 stars for her exceptional service. Not only did she resolve my issue, but she also went above and beyond to ensure my order was taken care of. Thank you, Dixie! Subway is fortunate to have you, and so are we.

I initially had an issue with an employee who did not accept a coupon I had. However, the next day I spoke with the manager, and she assured me that her staff had been reminded about how to properly handle coupons. Everything is fine now. The service was quick, and the store was neat and clean.

I was truly impressed by the staff at this restaurant! Every team member went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for the customers. They made us feel very welcomed and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time there. Their cheerful and positive attitudes really brightened my day! As for the food, it was excellent as always—fresh and served hot. I couldn't leave without commending this establishment for upholding such a strong work ethic. Keep it up; your efforts are truly appreciated!
