フィードバックを提供するI really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is delightful. However, I did find a hair in my food, which can happen sometimes. A suggestion would be to tie back hair while working around food. Our server was incredibly sweet!
First time at Katie's and would come back. Came in for a quick brunch service was quick, prompt, and friendly. I ordered the meat lovers skillet and my boyfriend ordered an original eggs Benedict. Both were good, I just felt like the skillet could have been filled a little more. Loved the way they cooked the potatoes! Lots of menu options, vegetarian and healthier options are available. I would come back again.
We just came back from Katie's kitchen. The wait was only a couple minutes but the service was bad. The food was good but it took 20 minutes to get our order another 20 plus minutes to get our food. My husbands order and my pancakes came out. My omelet came 10 minutes later. The weird thing is everyone else around us got their food before us and we were there first. I went to the owners Mom and told her we love your restaurant but the service was bad. Her response was it's not my fault. We are low staffed in the kitchen. When tried to explain a little she cut me off and said oh yeah I'll tell the kitchen. I was very disappointed. So not like her.
It was disappointing sorry to say. The breakfast I ordered was really basic and they couldn't get it right. I asked for eggs over medium but they served me eggs with raw egg yoke- twice. The potatoes were terrible. Tasted sweet and not crispy. The service was great. The ambiance was rushed and no one had any melanin.
Nice family brunch, decent kids menu. Husband and I both ordered avocado toast. I asked for eggs over medium and they were super runny. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the folks coming around with coffee kept our mugs full.
