Subway - Des Peres

I ordered the steak and cheese sub and the woman order-taker asked me if I wanted steak on my sub! Hello?? What part of the Steak Cheese sub did she not understand??! I should have walked out right then! Then she asked me if I wanted it toasted? Well YES!! I didn 't want a cold steak cheese sub! Staff needs to be trained for service, knowledge of food, attitude.

This is the closest subway to our house. We used to go once a week and we would always use a coupon that we received in the mail. However, this location has STOPPED ACCEPTING COUPONS. We have not been back since we found out and will not be back unless they start accepting coupons again.

I stood there for 20 minutes for him to tell me plus 5 people behind me that the system is down. Why don't I believe him!!??!!

I don't understand why I am getting bad service in West County!!!!! No hello how are u?!? Nothing!!!!! Very rude!!! I don't care how desperate You are in staff no one should be treated like this.
