Wendy's - Des Moines

Idk, what goes on at this place, but eating is so slow. I waited for up to 5 minutes on the microphone, with no one in front of me, only for someone who takes my order. almost every time, same or similar experience. the sandwiches are fresh but fries are hit and miss.

I’m a Doordasher and had an order to pick up at this location and y’all the staff here is chefs kiss! They’re so polite and sweet! I wish all my Wendy’s orders were at this location! The woman with pink hair had some wonderful customer service!

Was there to get a replacement order of a previous bad experience. Unfortunately the experience was just as bad if not worse but the food was better and didn't take over an hour for 2 strawberry salad and 2 small frosty. It's not the lack of workers, it's the lack of guidance. If you go to this Wendy's you will get better service via drive thru or mobile order

I think you must have been short of help then one guy stepped out to talk to a friend. There was a line of cars maybe 8 to 10. The lady taking orders was very pleasant and seemed to be working hard.
