Lucky Horse Beer Burgers - Des Moines

Very fast service had food in 15 mins!The burger was fantastic, fries crispy. Atmosphere reminds me of going to a bar in Breckenridge!Great place for lunch!Parking: Depending how busy the college is (Sporting events) Usually pretty easy to find parking on the road. I parked a 14 foot trailer and truck 1 street east and walked a block bo biggie!

This is my husbands favorite- the hand breaded siracha chicken is awesome!I’ve tried the hot sausage, a salad and a flat bread on subsequent visits… and everything is great. Only downfall is it’s small… so skip TIMES when there is a DRAKE game. But definitely try it!!

Picked a random nearby spot and ended up here. And it worked out! Small and simple establishment. Lunch menu for burgers and fries is a good value and my burger was cooked perfectly! It is also the other size for a single patty lunch. Highly recommend!

First visit, but it won't be my last. A very nice place for lunch. The beer selection is very good. The BBQ bacon burger was excellent and the fries were perfect. The staff was friendly.

Met a buddy here to make use of the pub pass so we had some beers and some food. I had the dogtown burger and cheese curds the burger was a little different but good, I would probably try something else next time.I got lucky and found a parking spot in the back, but there's not a ton of parking in this area. It feels a little bit like a dive when you first walk in, but it warms up to you after a bit.All in all a good experience.
