Chipotle Mexican Grill - Des Moines

We ordered online and ate outside when we picked it up. They were so busy but the staff was on point! These people need to be paid more! The work was literally non-stop the moment we arrived. Whoever owns this location should be proud and hire more help. Food was delicious and made just the way we requested! I am impressed, to be honest! I DO NOT DO FAST FOOD! But, I would come back here!

Nothing more frustrating when a store location/company has phone number that doesn't connect you to the actual to store to solve a problem. It feels like a f you. When a company connects you to a voice-mail service that repeats its self over and over and not help you reach the store.... spent 60$ and i felt robbed portions are terrible! I have a terrible experience every single time. It's super frustrating. I don't eat there a ton but when I do it's terrible experience. Go support another establishment

Chicken was lukewarm. I sat at a table and by the time I sat down after getting my drink it was almost cold. Brown rice was not cooked all the way. It was hard. I understand since it sits on steam table it shouldn't cook all the way through but it should not have been hard. White rice had hard pieces in it meaning old rice was mixed with new rice. Music was up a little too loud and cashier counter was dirty. It never got cleaned the whole time we were there. Tables were dirty was hard to find a clean spot to sit. Quantity of food was good for the price though.

This is the worst chipotle. Ordered a veggie bowl online to pick up for lunch. Thankfully I checked it before leaving and realized they didn?t give me fajita veggies, lettuce or guac (all that were supposed to be in my order . It was simply rice, cheese and corn salsa LOL. Turns out they were out of fajita veggies and were not going to make more?. It wasn?t even noon. This isn?t the first time I?ve been there where they have had no ?main ingredients? (chicken, steak, veggies, etc. and weren?t planning on cooking more. Not sure why I gave them a second chance but I will never be back here again. If you do decide to go here I highly recommend not ordering online if you do order online definitely check your food before leaving so you won?t be so disappointed when you get home.

This is like the 3rd time this location can?t mash up the avocados in the guac. It kills the whole meal and tastes fake and disgusting. Really get the vibe every worker that?s there hates every customer that walks in.
