Wow, what an amazing place! I've been living in Derwood for eight years and only just discovered this gem. They offer a buffet on Saturdays (charged by the pound)! The food is incredibly unique, but it's quite spicy, so be sure to pile on the rice and take your time. The flavors are fantastic. They also sell a variety of curry pastes, so you can experiment with some home cooking as well. I highly recommend it, especially on Saturdays!

I've been frequenting this store since the late 1990s, and I've always appreciated the freshly prepared food, Sri Lankan short eats (appetizers), and their well-stocked shelves. Since the new owners took over in October 2019, I've loved this place even more! They've done a fantastic makeover—it's absolutely delightful! The atmosphere is great, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The Saturday buffet is a must-try for me! The food is authentic, delicious, and delightfully spicy! I usually call ahead if I need a special dish or to place a catering order, and I've never been let down. This is my go-to spot on weekends!

Incredible Sri Lankan food, catered to perfection. Grocery has all the essentials. Wonderful family run place. My life here would be incomplete without it, keeps me connected to my culture.

Great little store with a nice range of supplies that brings back memories of my childhood. I go for the MD Mango Chutney, but always walk out with a lot more! Prices are very reasonable too.
