Mcdonalds - Derby

The staff come across as very rude and not one to comment on hygiene but its awful all look very unclean and the managers hair is awfully greasy, Very very disappointed in the service. Girl behind the till (blonde) made an arsey comment when i didn't hear her call out my food, was very uncalled for!. Also one of the members of staff was rubbing his nose and then went to proceeded to carry on making the food.AVOID.

One of the workers Reyhan has been there a few times when I have a late night snack. He’s lovely, patient and has a good work ethic! Really good customer service. Thanks

Late morning visit to McDonald's before a walk into the countryside, quick covid style ordering, staff very helpful, all easily laid out and careful to customers needs for table service, food normal tasty McDonald's and quick delivery to the table.

Ordered via the drive thru 2 double sausage and eggs mcmuffin meals with hot chocolate... very disappointing. The server was so abrupt in her manner... poor customer service skills. The baps were soaked in grease and the hot chocolate tasted like hot water with the essence of chocolate. Normally their hot chocolate is nice and thick but not today. Tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered the phone.

I've lived next to McDonald's all my life I've been endless times , and have never experienced the excellent customer service like I did today many thanks to Ethan and he's a great credit to you store.
