Chilli Flames - Derby

Guys all i can say is stick to what you know when it comes to grilled burgers etc.. this place may have a nice sign but thats about it.. food was absolutely shocking and the staff are just as rude. Got a putta chicken meal and it was cold and undercooked cooked.. straight in the bin .. told the staff and they said we make you better one next time WHAT, ehy not justmake it right the first time .. guys just stay away

I placed a telephone order after looking at their menu, which was provided to me. When I went to pick up the food, they tried to charge me extra, claiming that I only get 3 sides instead of the 6 listed on the menu. I spoke to a manager who said that everyone knows about this, but I was not informed beforehand. This will be my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. Instead of charging extra, they should invest in updating their menu.

Staff is so rude and especially the youngsters on the phone for order if they are not clear they expect to say yes whatever they say to you their behaviour towards customer service is worst ever

Ordered small tikka and sweet corn pizza, fries and chicken wings. Pizza and chips tasted good and seemed fresh, the only disappointing thing was that the wings were not crispy, they were soft and slightly soggy.

Food is ok but on last order half of it was missing and was told by the restaurant there was nothing they could do about it absolute **** service! Spend your money elsewhere
