In reality, I would rate this place a solid 5. The interior is a disaster, with artificial flowers and uncomfortable tables. The chicken soup had an overwhelming amount of bouillon cubes—it's been ages since I've had something like that, probably since the mid-90s. The teas are a whole other story. In the berry tea, there were half-rotten strawberries and something else. The apple tea was loaded with neon green chemicals, seemingly to remind you what you ordered. Aside from the artificial taste and strange aftertaste, there were just two pieces of pear floating around, and that was it.

I am deeply disappointed with this place and we will now be avoiding it. The service was terrible; the waitress treated us as if we were in her home rather than at a café. The manager even supported her behavior, which was upsetting. If I am truly as knowledgeable as people say I am, I would not recommend visiting this establishment.

The place is great, the café design is awesome, and the waitstaff is fantastic—very attentive and responsive. However, the rolls themselves... I don't know, I've had better. I feel like Caucasian cuisine is really more about the meat.
