Boston Market - Deptford

I haven't been in a Boston market for 5 years. I would literally give Boston market, the franchise, zero stars. The meat tastes as if they had taken meat and added salt in it. It's literally disgusting. About 12 bucks I spent EVER in my life. The Mac and the cheese are not as it is used. Just terrible. No wonder the place is empty.

The Good: The staff was very nice! They greeted me when I came in, and they were extremely helpful, etc. The bathroom: There were not many pages to choose from. There were no options for drinks that were not soda. The lemonades were all out. No iced tea. No water. I don't think this is the fault of the staff. I was at a different location in Boston Market and the same was there.

During our trip from western Pennsylvania to Ocean City, New Jersey, we decided to stop at Boston Market for a break, having heard good things about it before. Unfortunately, we wish we had turned around when we entered. The food was disappointing, and the restaurant appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned since it opened. The iced tea machine was out of order, with a sign saying to ask the manager for help. When we did, she was unsure how to fix it as well. This place really needs to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned before reopening. It was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and I have no intention of returning to any Boston Market locations. This establishment is truly unacceptable.

The food was quite disappointing, and I usually enjoy Boston Market. I think the issue may have been with this particular location. The staff were unhelpful, almost as if they didn't want to assist customers. From the outside, the restaurant looked closed, even with a sign that said "YES, WE ARE OPEN." The interior was messy as well. I won’t be returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone until they make some improvements.

My friend was kind enough to buy us dinner from there. I went to put it in the microwave to find out they sold her raw turkey our turkey was raw two dinners raw turkey. No gravy no cranberry sauce, but raw turkey. I called the store to complain and was told sorry nothing I can do about it. Then I asked for the corporate number I was put on hold and after 15 minutes of being on hold I did give up. I just want to let you people know that if you eat at this Boston market in West Deptford New Jersey please watch what you're eating because there is a possibility you will get raw turkey.
