They even left cheese on the table that the Italian restaurants barely make today. The only thing I didn't like was the bread. I saw old and both dinners were a la carte. Would have been nice if they had a side salad or soup.
What a hidden treasure! Hubbies were here for a convention and looked for a good restaurant based on reviews. This restaurant is wonderful. Service is spot on and the food is so good. My husband and I split the the Italian trio and still had leftovers. Wish you were Dayton Ohio where you would be welcomed with open arms and would be a treasure and a local favorite. We are jealous Buffalo. This is authentic Italian food! Loved it.
Absolutely delicious and worth every dime! Authentic Italian cuisine. Started with bread and seasoned olive oil, calimari fritti and then spaghetti with meatballs and linguini and clams in white sauce. Finished with Tiramisu. Everything was so delish and our server was sweet and wonderful. She was a pleasure to talk to. We are border Canadians just picking someone up at the airport but would definitely make the trip back just for dinner.
Very good service, with generous portions of delicious food. A must for anyone who likes Italian food. Brandi was the perfect server too.
I was passing through town and decided to stop at The Italian Village. From the outside it looks small. However, once you get inside you realize how large the place is. I ordered some drinks, some apps, and the sampler dinner. Needless to say, I couldn't finish half of the food. Not because it was bad. But because there was sooooo much food. Their portions are extremely generous. The taste of the food reminds me of my Italian Nona's (grandma) cooking. When I come back to town, I will be back at The Italian Village.
