Five Guys - Denville

I waited for 20 minutes to take my order today. The young black man working said he was busy instead of giving me the order by reaching out his hand. I will report you all the way to your head office.

Customer service is not dead! No business is perfect and mistakes happen, that is inevitable. To me, the important part is how these mistakes are handled by the staff. At this restaurant, the staff ensured that my issue was handled with care and consideration. From the shift supervisor (I believe his name was Carlos), to the store manager, Anne, all the way to the district Manager, James, everyone was thoughtful and professional. And yes, their food is always delicious as well!

Not many veggie options. Veggie sandwich was good and was at reasonable price. French fries were really fresh and quantity was good too.

Super consistent and very friendly staff. Can’t go wrong coming here to get a great burger and fries.

Fast service. Addictive fries and the sandwich are carefully made to perfection. Very tasty
