Pizza Express - Denver

Ricos has taken over this location and has established itself as an excellent Italian restaurant. The food is fantastic, and the portions are generous. They serve the best pizza in the area!

Great pizza! I've been coming here for years, and the pizzas are still the best!

I walked in and was immediately put off by the presence of roaches. The staff member was coughing and standing near a sign indicating that they charge an extra 50 cents for debit or credit card transactions. He was unprofessional, rude, and even used profanity. There were students dining there, but the atmosphere was lacking in any compassion or care. The food looked terrible, and there were bugs and food debris on the floor—it was completely filthy. The language used by an older gentleman was inappropriate, and he spoke disrespectfully to both the students and any customers who entered. I cannot recommend this place at all, especially given the unclean conditions. The food was not fresh, with boxes scattered on the floor used to package customers' meals, all while roaches were crawling around. Overall, it was a terrible establishment.
