Parsley - Denver

Great quick and healthy food spotParsley is reliably good at what they prepare.

Sure it's a bit pricey, but I honestly feel that I'm getting what I pay for.

A good sandwich, salad, and soup place is a necessity Parsley has vegan sandwiches, salads, and soups, smoothies and juices.

In town wanted a simple yet delicious healthy lunch. This place has so many options for vegetarians/vegans which I normal eat. But I ended up getting a turkey sandwich aka The Cherokee. It was fresh filling. They ran out of ciabatta bread had whole grain which was really good.

My regular work lunch spot. Consistently amazing and fresh food. Wholesome ingredients and they use freshly baked bread on their sandwiches. Eco-conscious business with the best sandwiches.
