Ignite Kitchen Cocktails - Denver

We arrived at our reservation on time at 7:00 and immediately sat at our reserved table in the corner. We sat 17 minutes before we were even recognized by the waiting team that we were even there, I know this is not standard practice or suitable for any restaurant). After we finally had a server, we quickly ordered our drinks and food as we had to go before. ANNEX Our food lasted another 15 minutes ~12 minutes is restaurant standard for dinner service). My drink was extremely watered and I had to ask for a substitute drink, as the incubator was out and the server did not notice and served me easily incubator flavored water. The food tasted great, but we had to wait a few extra minutes to even get silverware. At the time when we paid our check at 7:50, that was the first half-hearted apology that we have received with the explanation of “usually not as this one and we were just slurried in the last minute.” There was trivia night to go, which distracted from the experience and while the restaurant WAS quite full, a friendly confirmation and consistent check-ins as well as predicting the needs of each table is mandatory as a server. Overall, with the time and money spent for this experience, it was a pretty underwhelming experience for a first visit. Not a good first impression.

Had a great time with my wife and our friend to celebrate their birthdays! Service and food were terrific. My wife and friend had been to Ignite before but it was my first time I will definitely return. Great general manager and our server Leao was fantastic. Thanks Ignite!

The restaurant was empty. The service was great. Our server was very attentive. The food is pretty heavy. The Ahi Poke Bowl was warm and not very appetizing.

Our food was absolutely amazing, we had the fish and carne asada tacos with the elote corn and the whole meal was great. There was a lot of meat in the tacos and the seasoning was on point. We also had the chili Mac and that was just as tasty! We would order the same meal again Lauren was our server and she was attentive and genuinely kind!
