Fontana Sushi Wash Park - Denver

We got the sushi dinner for 2, which is $41.50 on their website. We were charged $75. Mediocre sushi/sashimi. Much better places in Denver.

The food was excellently presented, delicious, and complemented by outstanding service.

Without a doubt, this is the best sushi in Denver. There's nothing else that even comes close.

We went there on a Friday night. We chose Fontana because we could get a reservation. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We had tempura veggies that were so so. The sauce with them did not have much flavor. We also ordered Salmon, King Salmon, tuna, sea bass, halibut sashimi and an Ocean roll. The roll was okay, too much cucumber for my taste. Other than the sea bass, the sashimi was excellent.

This place rocks! Not quite in Wash Park but great food at a good value. Ask for Michael to be your server. When we go there we always feel welcome!
