5280 Burger - Denver

My recent visit to 5280 Burger Bar in downtown Denver was a mixed experience, warranting a 3-star rating. While there were aspects to appreciate, there were also noticeable areas for improvement. Starting with the positives, the customer service was commendable, and the ambiance added to a pleasant dining atmosphere. However, the food left something to be desired. The truffle fries, while a promising choice, were disappointingly way too salty. On the other hand, the Mighty Burger could have benefited from a touch of salt to enhance its flavors. The wings, unfortunately, fell short in the flavor department, lacking the punch and excitement I was hoping for. While 5280 Burger Bar has its merits, particularly in terms of service and ambiance, there’s room for improvement in the seasoning and flavor profiles of their dishes.

Delicious burgers! The truffle fries were bomb. A large basket of fries is big enough for 2-4 people to share. Great location.

Prices are low burgers are thick. Always a good place to go.

Food was PHENOMENAL. 6 people at our table all said their food was absolutely great. Atmosphere was awesome and clean. Our waiter came across annoyed and seemed like he had better things to do than wait on our table and he’d rather be chatting with friends at the bar. He acted put out when we questioned items on the menu. Would still recommend just because the food was awesome. Try the hot honey chicken
