Queenie's Steakhouse - Denton

Not remarkable overall. hospitality was great, hostess, server, but eating was ok for the price. rabbit and rattlesnake was super salty, steak was perfectly cooked, but not very warm. Long wait until the escaped arrive and the side parts were best meager. definitiw better options and ambiente if they are looking to spend this type of money on a special night out.

A place with an excellent standard. with an elegant atmosphere.

Delicious eating, steaks, salads, sausage starter, choke to die, and a very pleasant evening. waitstaff excellent. cocktails very well made.

We are regulars at Queenies... last night January 6, 2023, was the strangest experience we've had since going there. Had a reservation for 6 7:45, promptly seated and the server takes our drink and appetizer orders... 30 min later, drinks arrive. Appetizers arrive 30 min after this. Some at the table order a salad course which arrived 1 hour later. Our entrees and sides arrived 1 hour after our salad course. The staff was very apologetic and it appeared that every server was waiting at the kitchen for every order. Don't know if was a shortage of staffing or what. What is usually a 1.5 or 2 hour experience became a 3.5 hour dinner. Food was wonderful but the service was painfully slow.

There was no indication on the reservation that they were doing a 4 course plated dinner. “Experience” was not indicated. Food was a big miss. No seasoning on my steak, and served on a bland sauce.
