Panda Express - Denton

We arrived just 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday night, and although there weren't many items left, we found fresh oranges, honey nut shrimp, and some delicious pepper Angus beef along with rolls and Wonton. The orange chicken had a nice kick, and it was quite tasty. The restaurant was very clean, and all the staff were wearing masks. Overall, it was a good experience!

I am not happy with this restaurant. We used to visit often, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back. Our kids wanted Panda, so we left. They didn’t have what my wife wanted, and I couldn’t find anything for myself either. We ended up just getting food for the kids. Now that we’re home and have opened our daughter’s meal, I see it’s broccoli beef—mostly just broccoli and three small pieces of beef. I’m sure the kids will be happier when we choose a different place next time.

I'm really confused about my recent experience with ordering teriyaki. When I order "Teriyaki Chicken," I expect to receive teriyaki sauce with it, but all I got was plain chicken. This has happened to me at various restaurants. I even tried to call and explain that customers usually expect teriyaki sauce with their teriyaki chicken, but my calls were ignored. That's why I'm sharing my feedback here.

Experience in the theory I had ever had a panda. my wife and I moved a few minutes before loading and had to wait a few minutes after 10 30 until they unlocked the doors. when we came in, it doesn't smell like a panda express, it doesn't smell like something. the food was not ready and they gave me hardly an orange bun. I ordered the 3 empty plate and everything was understated and tasteless! I should have gotten my money back. the sweet tee had no sugar and they took away their heavenly! we also ordered cream cheese rations that were ghost white and underboiled, no color to them at all. this place is terrible and I do not recommend wasting your money here. cmon panda hired some people who care about others.

I am standing in line someone cuts in front of me we get up to the cashier he's like this isn't my food well yeah you cut in front of me he gets a discount??? Then I explain he cut in front if me I wanted a discount card too well I didn't get it so yeah not to happy with the customer satisfaction
