Marco's Pizza - Denton

I really enjoy Marco's Pizza, but I think I will avoid the location on University for now. It's just a bit too busy for my liking. My pizza wasn't ready at the estimated pick-up time; I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes past that. It was a weekday, and I understand they were quite busy, so it wasn't really their fault. I have a lot on my plate balancing kids, work, and home, and I can't afford to wait around like that. I still love your pizza, though, so next time I'll head to the Teasley location instead.

Every pizza I've had from here has been delicious, although I've only ordered a few times. However, it's consistently dripping with grease. The last time, it even soaked through the bottom of the box!

The customer service I experienced was exceptional. I ordered several pizzas, and the young man who served me brought all of them to my truck. When I returned about an hour later for more, he recognized my truck and before I could even step out, he was already bringing the pizzas out to me. Amazing service!

Undoubtedly the nicest, cleanest classic style thrift shop in north Denton. I have actually been able to score good clothes here since 1997, when I moved back to my childhood home town from Houston, Texas.

If I could give 0 stars, I sure would!! Ordered 2 pizza bowls today, one was literally 1/8 thick and burnt to a crisp and other one was nothing but completely raw onions. Neither one was edible. Called the store, spoke to on shift manager. When asked what could be done to rectify this so we had something for dinner that we could actually eat, he responded with I made them so I know they are right and since I did nothing wrong, there is nothing I can or will do for you. This is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I will be contacting the GM tomorrow when he comes in and let him know what kind of customer service driven managers he does NOT have working for him!! We have ate Marco 's in many different areas of the country but this one is the worst ever. Just moved to this area and can mark Marco 's off the list of places we will be visiting. Horrible experience!
