All 4 preparates from the menu (3 sandwiches and 1 plate) are made from sheep intestines. Maybe in Turkey is a speciality, but for us not, we didn't know what we ate, until we saw what is cooked. We weren't were pleased. Staf is not speaking english, just some words, however we manage to understand each other, they were very nice and bring us some samples to taste from the local drinks. Go for it if you like cooked intestines.
