Texas Roadhouse - Denham Springs

I always place to-go orders from this restaurant because I don't have any other options. Unfortunately, they consistently mess something up. They’ve forgotten bacon, ranch, appetizers, and even potatoes. But the icing on the cake was when I ordered applesauce as a side and found a whole French fry in it. Delicious!

When our food eventually arrived, my steak was improperly cooked, the shrimp were dried out, and my husband’s steak tasted burnt from the grill. I decided to have them take my meal off the bill because I couldn’t eat it. The manager did not come over to address our concerns, though it seemed like every table around us was experiencing similar issues. Our waitress checked on us a few times but never cleared away the dirty dishes from our appetizer, leaving our table feeling very cramped. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had poor food quality here, but it will definitely be the last.

I was seated immediately, and the server was friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!

This is my daughter and I's favorite place to eat together for dinner. She 4 and loves the steak and rolls, which is amazing considering she doesn't even care to eat meat that much.

Terrible experience tonight, but our waiter was wonderful. We were a party of 8. 2 entries came out over an hr after taking our order, 20min later the rest of the entrees show up. My burger was cold and raw. Sent it back another 30min go by and the new burger finally shows up. Manger didn't come to table when requested. Would not recommend.
