Pollo Tropical - Delray Beach

The restaurant is very clean and nice. The staff was excellent and helpful. I had a wonderful, affordable lunch there. They also offer a 10% discount for senior citizens.

My first time in a pollen drip and I had a great experience. The gentleman at the bar with his arm in a loop) could not have been more beautiful! I'm trying to avoid Carbs, so I ordered the steak with a Coleslaw page. The Koleslaw was surprisingly good and the steak was great!!! I'll eat here a lot! Thank you.

Food was hot and delicious and the sauces were so good (as always)! The staff was very friendly, I always enjoy this location due to the friendly staff.

I usually go to Pollo Tropical about twice a week. Today I was disappointed for the first time. I waited for my order for about 15 minutes. No person who asked me if I needed help. I even asked how long it will take before I made my order online. It was like I wasn't there and they went back and forth. I don't know if the cook on the back tried to get someone's attention, but I don't know since she didn't speak English. When I saw the girl make my order and packed it, she didn't even ask me if I was waiting for something. I had to ask her if that was my order.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and well-priced. The service is fast and the staff are friendly, providing great customer service. They are very accommodating and quick to take your orders and prepare your meals.
