La Teinturerie - Delémont

Wir waren über Mittag spontan im La Teinturerie essen. Der Qualitätslevel ist hoch, aber das Mengen-/Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht. VIEL ZU TEUER FÜR ZU WENIG. Der Ablauf war zu zelebriert.

We visited the restaurant with friends, and must say that we were impressed from beginning to end. I could write on and on about the freshness and character of each dish, but can just sum it up to say that a lot detail, thought and craftsmanship was put into the dishes. We chose the full menu, the men with wine accompanyment (ladies were the drivers). The quality of the food was second to none. The dishes were served hot, and the timing between them just right. Our waiter, who was alone, had all 4 tables well under control, and the service was very attentive. The chef greeted us personally, which was nice. The atmosphere was very charming. The surprise of walking into a wine shop (wow effect passing casually past bottles of Sassigaia and Unico and then through the doors to the fine dining restaurant was a pleasant, wow experience. Someone designed the surrounding with class and uniqueness in mind. Without giving away too much, I would just like to say that our dining experience was positive in every way and I would highly recommend La Teinturerie to anyone wanting a menu cooked with fresh local ingredients, and ready to spend a lunch or dinner in a tasteful, pleasant environment.

Im Juni waren wir mit meinem Bruder und seiner Frau im entzückenden und charmant eingerichteten La Teinturerie. Das Ambiente war einzigartig und das vorgeschlagene 5-Gänge-Menü war hervorragend. Die Teller waren wunderschön angerichtet und der jeweils zum Gang passende Wein, empfohlen vom Personal, hat hervorragend gepasst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Eine ausgezeichnete Küche und erstklassiger Wein in einer wunderschönen Atmosphäre. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Das zweite Mal hier und der Eindruck vom ersten Besuch wurde bestätigt: Hervorragendes Essen und gute Weine. Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein sind hier keine leeren Worte.
