フィードバックを提供するFriday night was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. They gave us the wrong order. My fault that I didn't check it before we pulled off from the drive-thru. We got home and had 2 Whoppers and 2 fries. We ordered 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries.We drove back to that location. When I walked in, there were already people waiting for their orders that had been messed up. What's disturbing is that they took the sandwiches out of the bag and put them under the warmer. We didn't open them BUT the Whoppers should have been thrown in the trash. That's disgusting to think they may have given them to someone else. We did remove them from the bag and place them back before driving over. I waited 20 minutes for my order. While waiting, I saw more people walk in with messed up orders. How do you mess up EVERY single order?!?? I finally got my order after waiting too long for it. I didn't demand a refund because the workers seemed incapable of giving me one. I observed that the drive-thru was now backed up because of these incompetent workers. When I got home, the fries were greasy and they still had messed up my order by not customizing the Whoppers. I spent an hour dealing with this situation. Never again will we go to this location. We will go to the ones on Gemini or near Tanger from now on.

Would not recommend working at. I started there and was a good worker, in not just my opinion. Got a better job so went down to part time. That got too much so told the gm I was going to put in my 2 weeks. She talked me into to staying once a month and any other time I could help. The last week of my schedule time part time there I got my days confused and the Friday was Thursday and went in like a was supposed to. When I walked in the gm said she needed me the day before not that day so just take the rest of the week off. I saw it as a sign to start the one day a month. But was told by a former employee not even someone who works there that I was terminated. So I then had to ask for her then twisted her arm through a employee to come out of the back just to talk to me to let me know that. Still would not come out and say I was terminated. I had to ask so I am terminated for her to say me 'hem . Makes no sense. What if I called in and they needed me and no one could contact her to confirm and I worked. They probably won 't have paid me. That 's just all bad. If someone is terminated out of your system plz plz plz tell them. And make sure the gm is not scared to. Bc that 's what it seemed like.
Don 't you dare take pictures of us. I won 't serve him if he doesn 't delete those pictures. My receipt read the wrong name. My food (2 spicy chicken sandwiches took 10 minutes. Oh, did I mention I was LITERALLY the only person in line inside? Sorry, we had 1 drive-thru order in that TEN MINUTES!. I took photos because the service was super-slow, my receipt showed a different name than my cashier, and the person pretending to make my sandwiches was more-than-likely also not named Dan. They made me delete my photos before they would give me my food (that I had already paid for.
Go get your breakfast at their restaurant today! It was served fast, hot and tasty! The manager must be working lol! Worth it!!!
