Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I arrived at the restaurant after a 20-minute drive only to discover that they were not open. It is unclear if their hours have changed or if they have permanently closed. The posted hours on the door indicate that they open at 11 a.m.

Please display a closed sign if your restaurant is permanently or temporarily closed. It is not wise to have customers waiting in the parking lot for you to open. Thank you for using common sense.

I have heard that this restaurant has been handed back to the corporate office. According to a recent business article, Papa Murphy's is struggling financially and facing two major lawsuits. I wouldn't expect this location to reopen anytime soon. Furthermore, the quality of this location has been declining for years.

A couple day ago I went for a pizza and the open sign was ON,but the doors were locked and NO ONE was in side the store. I went back a day later the same thing! NO one answered the phones ! was so very disappointed!!!!

I have never had an issue here before now. Tonight I placed an order online at 2:30 in the afternoon for pickup at 5:30. When I went to pick it up at 5:30 my order was not ready. The worker had to look through different receipts to even find my order only to discover that it had been up on the line waiting but had never been made.When I finally picked everything up after having to wait longer. The two salads I had ordered to go with my food looked like they were thrown together very sloppily and they were only half size. This is not what I paid for.
