I absolutely love this place! We've tried various breakfast spots in town, but this has become our go-to. I guess you could say we’re regulars, especially since they make the best chilaquiles. In almost a year of coming here, I've never had a bad meal or experience. The owner and the entire staff, including the chefs, are wonderful people. Thank you!

Great atmosphere, amazing customer service and fantastic TASTING food.

The waitress was friendly and provided quick service, and our food arrived shortly after we placed our order. My 23-month-old grandchild enjoyed the children's pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage, and surprisingly made very little mess. My son had a cheeseburger and fries, which he said was good and very filling. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries; while he wished the burger was juicier, he still found the flavor satisfying, and the patty was quite substantial. My niece also had a children's cheeseburger and fries, which was impressively large, nearly the size of the ones my husband and son had. I chose the tamales with red chili sauce, which came accompanied by refried beans and rice. Chips and salsa were served beforehand; the chips had just a hint of salt, while the salsa was somewhat bland and lacked spice. The tamales were not wrapped in the typical corn husk, but instead were topped with cheese. I also requested a side of sour cream. I was pleased that the tamales were tasty and the cheese enhanced the flavor. However, the beans and rice were quite bland and lacked seasoning. Overall, the restaurant provided good service and offered affordable food.

Being raised in Delavan, I escaped when I could. My mom still lives there though, so I visit when I can. I was in the area and took my mother out for breakfast here on Mother's Day. I was only in town for a little bit, so I knew this would be a good option. I forgot how good local restaurants can be. I got a skillet with extra hashbrowns and she got pancakes with eggs and bacon. The price was right, the food was good, and it came out quickly and without any issues. A good meal right before a 6 hour car ride home!
