Tasty Thai - Del City

This dish is the chicken Firecracker Stir Fry. It tastes great. I will definitely be back, and I'm glad to have found this place so close to home.

This was very close to our hotel and we had been hungry for Thai so we were very happy. Ordered take out due to Covid fears. our order was taken quickly and was ready in under 10 minutes. Fresh Spring rolls were huge with a nice peanut dipping sauce. Both entrées were delicious and plentiful. I requested Thai hot, and they delivered on the heat for me, while the wife's medium was spicy but not burning. Really great find for a Sunday motel meal.

Ordered through Doordash, garlic rice was plain steamed rice. Ordered cashew chicken came with peanuts. Lame!Overall It was decent flavor but basically just a bastardized American Thai.Unhappy with the bill aswell. Some expensive peanuts.

The best thing that I loved was that I was able to taste alot of their dishes through their lunch special ! I'd have taken pictures but I ate everything fairly fast. Their pad Thai was pretty good. I'd prefer a bit more sweetness BUT the egg noodles were cooked excellent. I had the curry as well. Very creamy, rich, flavors with ingredients such as, sweet potatos added for something different. Their tofu mixed with vegetables was pretty damn good. I've always been a non believer when it comes to tofu but they proved me wrong. Typical wall of glass budget Strip Mall locale defies the culinary delights and exceptional customer service inside. My wife and I brought a neighbor in to try something new. The Pad Thai was very flavorful, and my wife had Sweet and Sour stir fry which was fruity with a light spice undertone. You can choose your spiciness level from 1 to 5 stars and mid level spiciness is a delicious balance for most palates. The star of the evening though was the Firecracker Stir fry with chicken. Even at 4 star spiciness it was not uncomfortably spicy but incredibly delicious. The chicken is crispy, fresh and select grades not just random chunks hiding in a fried batter. We also enjoyed a round of dumplings which were very tasty and fried appropriately in a fresh light oil with no random aftertastes. To top off the superb food, the counter person server was very kind and attentive. The food is served hot, fresh, and fast with a smile. She even provided my wife with a little cup of the firecracker sauce for our to go boxes when we expressed how flavorful it was. Overall a perfect place for a casual date or fun with friends where the FLAVOR is the star. Enjoy!
