I do not recommend this place for rib tips. They were very tough and definitely overpriced. I paid $35.00 for a small bucket of rib tips, and after purchasing two buckets, I found them to be quite disappointing.
My in-laws chose this restaurant for my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. Since I'm a pescatarian, I wanted to check the menu ahead of time to be prepared. Unfortunately, I ended up looking at the wrong menu...
The restaurant was rebuilt and NO more outdoor terrace. Great idea so more tables and less waiting. The ride through was also redesigned and works perfectly. Amazing ribs and pulled pig. The chopped liver pãtē is so delicious. They don't give you any more bread. So it had to buy $3 for 4 small slices.
My wife and I visited Carson for our 10-year anniversary dinner, and it did not disappoint. The service, food, and drinks were all outstanding. We inquired with our server about things to do after dinner to continue the celebration. Although he wasn't sure, he promised to find out for us. Not long after, we were approached by the owner, Dean, who engaged us in a lengthy conversation. He mentioned that the area doesn't have much of a nightlife. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to dining here again.
