フィードバックを提供するI absolutely adore this place! It's my go-to for smoothies. They're delicious, quick, and the place is always clean! Right now, they have pumpkin smoothies for the season—hurry in before they're all gone, but please save some for me!
I stopped by to grab a smoothie, and while I was there, the owner was engaged in a conversation with someone from a fitness center in the plaza. She glanced at me but didn’t smile or say anything—no acknowledgment at all. Once she finished talking, she went to the back and didn’t return. It was frustrating that she didn’t send anyone to assist me. Eventually, another staff member noticed me through the glass door, looked surprised, and then walked away. Luckily, a few moments later, another girl came out and helped me. She was friendly, and my smoothie turned out just right. However, I believe the owner missed a crucial opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere. It really sets a negative tone when a customer has to wait 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. I would hesitate to support this shop because it seems like the owner shows little care for her customers.
Taneka's customer service leaves much to be desired. When you greet her with a "good morning" or "good afternoon," she often doesn't respond. Her demeanor can come across as rude, and she frequently seems distracted by her phone while serving customers. Additionally, her smoothie-making skills are lacking; they tend to be either too watery or not well-prepared.
O shake is very good but the service is terrible! Looks like the attendant is doing me a favor! you should train them better to serve your customer!
The driver not only missed the order notes but he went through and left the food in an active construction site, great food but a really terrible delivery to my place of work :
