If you want to be able to hear conversation at your table and talk without losing your voice, I'd recommend arriving earlier rather than later. However, the food is amazing, and our server was FABULOUS! Super helpful and accommodating. I especially loved the tableside guac (freshly made right at your table). It was the creamiest, most delicious guacamole I've ever had. Totally worth the splurge. Also this seems to be a very popular place to celebrate birthdays, and why not? You get to wear a gorgeous sombrero from Mexico. It just makes it a little more fun! Highly recommend El Centro.

Nice restaurant. Food seemed cool... not very hot. Ambiance nice.

I made a reservation and upon arrival we were given a prix fixe menu. There was no indication there would not be a regular menu tonight so we left without eating. The waitress told us “it was all over our social media page we have a prix fixe menu tonight” —well I’m sorry but I don’t follow El Centro on my social media so how else was I supposed to know that? We went next-door to blue ribbon barbecue and had extremely delicious meal and amazing service.

Had a holiday special menu which was unknown to me when I made the reservation. Food was good but too much. Just felt rushed by our waitress She never explained that we could get one of the special dinners and share it . But watched as others did just that. Will try once more on a regular evening.

They did not have my OpenTable reservation, however that was not an issue at our dining time. Service was spotty, had trouble tracking down our server when we needed things refreshed or to pay our bill. Food was good and fresh but not great.
