When I tried to complain to management about a really poor experience they forwarded my messages to my server who reached out on fb messenger to insult and harass me (though I made a point to compliment her service and left a 25% tip because I did not thinkthe situation was primarily her fault). Bad dinner experience is one thing? having staff harass you for complaining is nextlevel though. Not my first negative experience with The Draft but will be my last. Photo attached is the lime provided for mybeer. And despite it?s color, yes it was a lime. Can?t speak on the food cause while we were there and hour and a half theyweren?t able to serve the first or second thing I ordered.

We went there with a large group so I get that's a challenge. I feel our server did the best she could but our food came out at different intervals and took awhile. I didn't like that fact the menu didn't have any prices, pretty expensive bar food andeverything is extra money. At least print menus with prices because it's irritating to be surprised with all the upcharges.
