Subway - Decatur

We recently went too subway inside of Walmart and was over charged. We got one foot long a basic sandwich with only bacon cheese turkey lettuce with Mayo and that?s it which came out too 15 and when we mention it?s normally 10 he said no .. I will not begoing back here

Horrible service. They kept asking did we want extra this or that and only put very little on the sub after saying no extras. They didn't wrap the sandwiches good at all. They all came apart. They were very rude. I will never go back.

The service at this restaurant was terrible! The man working there was on the phone the entire time, causing me to have to repeat myself because he couldn't hear me. Additionally, they do not provide complimentary water, instead charging for a regular cup. The man was also very rude, leaving me with a bad attitude due to the poor customer service experience.

A man with long hair and wearing a durag added extra meat and cheese to my sandwich without informing me, then charged me $13 just for the sandwich.

This restaurant deserves zero stars! The service was horrible and rude, especially from the employee with long hair at the counter wearing AirPods. This was the second time I came to deliver an Uber Eats order and they claimed they had no record of it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the employee walked off as if it wasn't their problem. They then went on to serve other customers who came in after me. The short-haired man at the front also ignored me, along with his long-haired friend. I stood there hoping for assistance, but they continued to ignore me. I recommend avoiding this location and choosing another one. The employees did not wash their hands, and there were concerns about hair ending up in the food. The customer whose order I was picking up said she tried calling the restaurant, but the phone was always busy and did not ring once when I was there. I was extremely frustrated that I couldn't deliver the meal to my customer due to the disrespectful and unsanitary behavior of the employees. This location should be shut down immediately.
