Zahr's Mediterranean Cuisine - Dearborn

The food is so good. Authentic fresh and so delicious. Falafel on point. Mixed grill so good. Fast service and friendly.

We stopped in for lunch. The buffet looked good, but we opted to order from the menu. The portion size was large and food was good. Depending on the amount of time you have the buffet would definitely be faster. It is located in a strip mall with other shops. There is a large parking lot, but at lunch can get busy. You can easily accessible the area from Greenfield road.

Went here for carry out at around 4:30pm. Great down time to get fresh food. The cashier was very friendly and took my order of the Zahr's Combo for Two. The food was so fresh and ready in 15 minutes. The falafel is awesome! So crunchy and flavorful. The fattoush salad has the best dressing too. And my daughter is loving the kibbee. Can't wait to go back and try more from the menu.

I so glad that we now have a great place to eat in this area of Dearborn. We have had lunch here twice and everything’s been tasty, hot and plentiful. Sure, you can go to a bakery and get a shawarma sandwich for $4, but the $9.99 lunch special here is a sandwich twice as big, Sever with 2 HUGE sides. So far we’ve tried the rice (delicious) fattoush salad (fresh and huge) and the lentil soup, which I think is the best Dearborn has to offer, bar none. We also had the hummus with shawarma and found it to be excellent. Smooth, flavorful hummus topped with chicken shawarma, also with 2 generous sides. The lunch buffet looked really good, but I’m not looking to overeat right now, and with all of the fresh food on the buffet, I’m sure I would.

Buffet is 10.99 not 9.99 per website. Actually it's 12.99 with service fee. I just didn't tip after since it was supposed to be 9.99. sorry staff. Food was good but would have been better if they would figure out how to keep it hot.
