The food was very good and I love the option of ordering ahead online.

Tamika has great customer service and interaction! She inviting, friendly, upbeat, etc. Food was great too!

The chicken was quite tasty, but the regular Pepsi had an unusual flavor, so I opted for Diet Pepsi instead, which was acceptable. The new secret recipe dishes were enjoyable, but I was disappointed that there was no butter for my biscuit. On a positive note, the counter service was friendly.

I had a hard time just ordering 6 pieces of dark chicken, which cost me $15. I was really craving some KFC, but it felt quite pricey! I think the kitchen could use some modernization, especially since it has been in operation for over 25 years. The carry-out windows and surrounding areas could also use some improvement. They should consider investing more money back into the kitchen. On the bright side, the chicken was good, and the server at the outdoor speaker was very patient.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and everything went smoothly. I opted for the donut and chicken combo, and wow! It was served hot and fresh. It truly satisfied my inner indulgent side; I couldn't stop eating until I had cleaned the bones!
