The interior is bright, well illuminated and welcoming. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Texas Burger coming up with Brisket. I ordered my burger cooked medium and they prepared it perfectly medium that is a plus and a rarity. The Burgerpatty had no ton of taste, but the Brisket and Toppings wore the taste load. I also dipped my burger in a healthy amount of her Spicier BBQ sauce. Fried were pretty good standard frozen pommes with spice already in dough. They have soft drinks. My experience was good. The food was good. It is not the cheapest place to eat, but it is worth it for the occasional splurge. Pictures included to highlight the food and decor.
They were out of brisket for the day, but got this combination of ribs and half a chicken...was amazing! Flavour on ribs and chicken was 10/10, their max and cheese is also amazing! Love that they also sell Creekstone to buy frozen meat!
Fantastic BBQ and Halal at that! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the owners and the sweet smell of BBQ. We ordered the Combination plate for 1 which came with beef ribs, brisket, chicken wings, mac and cheese, fries, cornbread and coleslaw. It was worth it and we will be back. Everything was absolutely delicious!
It was most certainly a very different dining experience than our regular meals. Experiment I really liked. And there aren’t a lot of halal options to begin with. This place ranks among best halal spots in the entire country, we’ll fit good reason. I’ve never tried brisket before, it was good. The ribs were very good, so was the chicken. The place is neat, the people are very friendly and helpful.
The ribs deserve a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. They were absolutely delicious and didn’t even need sauce! The brisket was also fantastic—juicy, tender, and practically melted in my mouth, earning it another 5 out of 5 stars. The chicken wings were well-smoked but didn’t quite match the flavor of the ribs and brisket, so I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars. The mac and cheese was tasty, but it felt more like a boxed mix rather than homemade, which is why I’ll give it a 2 out of 5 stars. The French fries had great flavor but were unfortunately cold. The coleslaw was very enjoyable, with a hint of sweetness, and the cornbread was so delightful it almost felt like a sweet dessert. They offer both a regular and a spicy sauce at the table, with a smoky and cherry wood flavor – I couldn’t decide which one I liked best! There’s a wide selection of drinks available for just $1. While the napkins were somewhat flimsy, they made up for it with sturdy plastic utensils. Considering the amount of food I received, the price was definitely a great value! The staff was super friendly and even came to my table to ask if I was enjoying my meal, which was a nice touch. They also have a variety of smoked brisket and steaks available for sale to cook at home. I will definitely be returning in the near future!
