Domino's Pizza - De Soto

I've been to this store twice in the last week a half. Order the Brooklyn Hand tossed pizza, both where extremely thin. When I asked I was told the dough was over proofed but was offered no coupons or anything. Second visit, was told a certain time butupon arrival they hadn't even prepared it yet so had to wait, even thought it took me a half hour to arrive. They don't seem tocare about customer satisfaction.

Domino's. Make sure to use the takeout coupon for large $8, 3 topping pizza for major deals. Chicago has better pizza though

I wish I could give you 0 stars. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with some woman in India whom I could not understand without having her repeat everything she said 2 or 3 times. After FINALLY getting my order straight, I drove to the store arriving 20 minutes after placing the order only to find my order was never placed. Cold day in ... before I oder again.

I want to thank this location for doing an excellent job with our order. I had screwed up and ordered online for the wrong day. It was for a birthday party (a pretty huge order). I needed it quickly. They were very understanding and on top of it. They easily switched my order and still delivered it to our party. Thank you again for saving the day from my mistake!!!

The first time I ordered a pizza on line a couple of hours in advance they made it Immediately and stuck it under their hot lights it was so dried out, I litterally, could not chew it. The second time I tried it because they offered two for the price of one. I ordered it for an event I was going to about 45 minutes in advance. I called them in less than 5 minutes to make sure they were not made too early. They already had them in the oven and assured me they would not be dried out again.THEY WERE AND TASTED TERRIBLE.......Nobody would eat them. Very imbarassed. Will NEVER use them again.
