Scott's Subs - De Pere

How have I not reviewed Scott's Subs yet?! Let’s dive in. When you arrive, you're greeted by the owner, who is such a lively and cheerful guy. You place your order, take a seat, and just a few minutes later, your food is ready. I’ve tried about half of the fantastic menu, and everything has been wonderful! The bread, which is made in-house, is incredible. The meat is top-notch, and all the vegetables are as crisp and fresh as they should be. The hours can be a bit unpredictable, but since it’s a family business, I’m totally fine with that. Have you been to Scott's Subs?

I had the pleasure of enjoying some of the best subs I've ever had! My top choice is the classic turkey sub, made with fresh ingredients and incredible bread. We make a point to stop by whenever we can. The owner and the team put in great effort to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.

I was recommended this place by a friend, and even though it’s a bit off the beaten path, I highly suggest taking the extra few minutes to visit. The subs were made with the softest bread I’ve ever had, perfectly soft yet crispy. I ordered the Cuban and it was fantastic! My husband tried the chicken salad and he loved it as well. We each enjoyed an ice cone with some unique flavors—I had Mackinac Island fudge and my husband opted for caramel nut. I really appreciated that the flavors were distinctive and not the usual boring options. The owner, or at least I think he was, was incredibly friendly and attentive while interacting with customers. The place was spotless and the food was amazing, all at great prices. Don’t miss out on this spot!

The sandwiches are very good for the most part, but the portion size is too large. The sandwiches are hard to hold and I personally think it's too much. Last time I came, I got a free cookie with my order that was great.

I love Scott's Subs. The staff is phenomenal. They basically made dinner for my children when I was working on finishing my degree a few years back. During the pandemic they made us the most wonderful every Thursday for lunch. I love that they are so close that the Brownie Smores ice cream has never left me disappointed. The root beer floats are wonderful. The Subs are delicious. My favorite spot to stop for ice cream with the kids. It has an everyone knows your name atmosphere.
